The technology center has a high-level and high-quality technical team, with 75 employees, including 2 senior engineers (professor level senior engineers), 3 deputy senior engineers, 15 engineers, 9 masters and above, with a college degree or above accounting for 100%. The center implements the central director responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors of the group, and has four functional departments, namely product research and development department, technology department, quality department and testing center, and has established expert technical committee.

The technology center has established extensive cooperation and exchanges with the Institute of metals, Northeast University, Beijing University of science and technology, Shanghai University, Shanghai Institute of materials, Jiangsu University, Jiangsu University of science and technology and other universities and scientific research institutes. The center has successively signed a cooperation relationship with Shanghai University and Jiangsu University of science and technology.
